About Us

WCHC is a private, not-for-profit organization which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from within the service area(s). The organization employs a full-time CEO, CFO, Director of Operations, and Director of Quality Improvement who manage the operation of the organization. Clinical services at both sites are overseen by a full-time Medical Director and Director of Nursing. In addition to the Medical Director, WCHC employs qualified physicians and mid-level providers who offer a full range of primary care services including some onsite lab and pharmacy. Privileges are maintained at Caldwell Memorial Hospital with admitting performed by their hospitalist program. After hours services are provided via an answering service shared by the providers and are available to our patients on a 24-hour basis.
